Please note the following points before compiling and submitting the paper:
• Papers must contain new findings on the thematic areas of the conference and must not have been previously published.
• Papers must be prepared and organized according to the guidelines available on the conference website. Papers that do not follow the aforementioned templates will not be submitted for review.
• You can submit your paper in Persian or English for the conference.
• Each accepted paper requires a registration to be included in the conference program and published in the proceedings.
• Presentation of accepted papers in the conference sessions is mandatory. Accepted papers that are not presented at the conference will be removed from the conference proceedings.
• If at any stage, fraud or research misconduct is proven in relation to an article, the article will be removed from the conference program and proceedings, and the consequences of this matter will be borne by the authors of the article.
• A request has been submitted for indexing English and Persian papers on the ISC website. In addition, papers from previous conferences have also been indexed.
• It is also informed that in addition to the possibility of presenting scientific articles and research achievements, this conference also provides the opportunity for researchers and industrialists to benefit from the collaboration and suggestions of academic professors and other industrial researchers by sending the challenges and achievements in their industry sector and raising questions related to the topic in the format of an industrial challenge article to the association secretariat and presenting it during the conference. This will provide the possibility of a more effective and closer connection between the university and the industry.
• After registering in the system and entering information such as the title and characteristics of the authors, it is necessary to prepare a full version of the article according to the following templates and send it in two PDF and WORD versions.

If the article is submitted from an academic unit, at least one of the authors of the article must be a faculty member (one of the universities in the country). If a faculty member is not the corresponding author of the article, their academic email address must be included in the Other Authors section for approval.
